Revitalising and injecting meaning into the brand platform with comms as beautifully simple as the brand promise

We worked with itsu to inject meaning into their ‘Eat Beautiful’ brand platform – defining a new approach which brings to life their uncompromising commitment to care and craft, to make every itsu experience more beautiful.  

We worked with them to define a new set of codes in design and messaging which have been rolled out at a Masterbrand level. Ultimately uniting both the supermarket and restaurant businesses and informing everything from packaging to ATL communications. 

The launch campaign for grocery saw us land the new positioning confidently in OOH, with our media strategy helping to capitalise on regions where restaurant awareness was high, yet supermarkets low. Ensuring we built further understanding and tapped into another purchase opportunity.

We’ve been appointed to help supercharge the next phase of growth for the brand with plenty more to come.
